About our products
Inspection standards overseas differ from those for Japanese products.
We inspect each item individually, and if there is no problem with wearing it, we will sell it as normal.
Please make sure you understand the following points before making a purchase.

Differences in the color and specifications of fabrics and decorations between the same products are common among overseas manufacturers.
Even for pre-ordered items, the manufacturer generally does not notify the buyer of any changes, so even if there are such differences, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

About Shipping
Basically, shipping will be via non-standard mail, Click Post, or Sagawa Express.
*Shipping days are generally only on business days, and tracking compensation is not available for regular mail.

We are not responsible for any damage, delays or loss during delivery.
If you would like tracking, please select Sagawa Express.
Immediate delivery items will generally be shipped within 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

It is not possible to specify a delivery date or delivery by a certain date in the comments section.

Our store only accepts advance payments via credit card, PayPal, carrier payments, etc.

We mainly handle items that are available for immediate delivery, but items marked "pre-order" are pre-order items.

Pre-ordered items will take a minimum of 2-6 weeks from the time of order.
About cancellations, returns and exchanges
We cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
Also, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, Korean and foreign clothing often has rough stitching that differs from Japanese quality standards.

In the event of a defective product or incorrect delivery by our store

We will only exchange unused items.
Items that have been washed cannot be exchanged, even if they have not been worn.
